| | Dec.2023
- Let's use the Community Monthly in January to review 2023 and to preview 2024 for PaR.
- The conferences in Berlin (re:work) and Sindelfingen (ESE) were just great, and I also
sold copies of The Book and gave away copies of The Booklet.
- Thanks Martin (IESE) and Bernhard (Ease Solutions) for your support before and at the conferences.
- I have uploaded the slides with sound recording from re:WORK in Berlin on
>The Videos<
page.
- I have uploaded the slides from ESE in Sindelfingen (Stuttgart) as PDF on
>The Presentations<
page.
- I also show some photos of this event trip on the
>Gatherings<
page.

|
| | Nov.2023
- I gave a sneak preview of my December conferences in the November PaR Monthly.
- And I will give review from the December conferences in the December PaR Monthly.
- Reminder: I will talk at the re:work conference in Berlin on 04.Dec.2023
- Reminder: I will talk at the ESE conference in Sindelfingen on 07.Dec.2023
- The PPT presentations and descriptions are well prepared and uploaded.
Both talks will be similar because noone except of me will join both conferences ;-)
- At the ESE conference in Sindelfingen on 08.Dec.2023 I will support Martin Becker
from Fraunhofer IESE in a 5hr workshop about reuse and teams.
- From my current project for an automotive OEM for an updated electric vehicle
platform I took away some learnings regarding PaR team organization.
- These learnings went into the conference presentations and will enhance
chapter 7.2 up from p.96 in The Book
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Oct.2023
- I started to prepare the December conferences in more detail.
- Again I see a project of an automotive OEM that struggles in applying processes,
measuring compliance at all, and even understand using their own standard tools. Sad :-(

|
| | Sep.2023
- The next Monthly (Oct) will be on a Sunday - good for those who can't attend from the office.
Because it will be other attendees I will repeat the SWOT (risks/chances) topic.
- I joined the Scrum Alliance Agile Coaching Retreat in Stockholm, Sweden, and
I never got so many good contacts in such a short time, like making friends - see Gatherings!
- We also further improved the approach of coaching executives for paradigm shifts.
This time we discussed the personas to simplify approaching those guys.
- Based on these discussions I will further improve my description in The Book in
chapter 8.4 on p.110.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Aug.2023
- I'm now officially booked to speak at the re:WORK conference in Berlin on Mo.04.Dec.2023.
So on Wednesday I can travel from Berlin to the ESE in Sindelfingen.
- I will travel to Stockholm with my electric car, eco friendly, like I did with Lissabon
last year. You may meet me on the road from 30.Aug until 07.Sep.
| |

|
| | Jul.2023
- Early bird for the PaR Workshop until 15.Aug.: 150 EUR
- Meet me at the next Agile Coaching Retreat of Scrum Alliance in Stockholm on 1st-3rd
September 2023. Let's discuss about coaching teams on agile process design with PaR.
- The next monthly will be on 15th of August about a PaR SWOT analysis - and all your other
topics of course.
- PaR - The Book is now available from
>Amazon<;
up to now it was only listed.
- In December I will speak at ESE congress in Sindelfingen/Germany - it's official now.
And the date is fixed: 07.Dec. 3:35pm - 4:15pm
- Follow me on LindedIn to see regular updates and information for PaR also.
- The Monthly is on a Saturday - good for those who can't attend from the office.
Therefore, we want to repeat the topic for reusing requirements sets from process and product platforms.
- With "add to calendar" you can easily add the Monthly sessions until June 2024 to
you calendar with a standard ical (.ics) file (ZOOM link already included).
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Jun.2023
- I had good discussions and at the end an even better common sense how to apply PaR at a German
automotive OEM, but due to the NDA I can't say more - again :-(
- The ZOOM sessions work much better then the Microsoft Teams sessions, so we will keep it.
I can also share my Miro PaR board within ZOOM, as we did with Microsoft Teams.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | May.2023
- From now on we will do the Monthly PaR Community session with ZOOM instead of Microsoft Teams;
it works better on Apple, it can be easier added to the calendar, it scales better.
- Again we had a really good time at the PaR Gathering at the Mosel with hiking, sightseeing and
white wine, just as it was already planned since March; see the
>Gatherings<.
- Due to the good feedback we will repeat the topic at the next PaR Monthly on Th 15th June:
reusing, using, copying, adopting requirements sets from process and product platforms.
- The next PaR Monthly on Mo 15th May will discuss about reusing or using or copying or adopting
requirements sets from a process platform and from a product platform in a project.

|
| | Apr.2023
- The Deck got more slides (30 instead of 22) and some existing slides have been enhanced.
This is good improvement from conferences and customer presentations. See "Downloadable".
- Looks like another large automotive company is going to apply PaR. We're currently in
discussions how which regulations and standards shall be covered in a new process.
| |

|
| | Mar.2023
- The Book is now available in bookstores on- and offline (e.g. Lehmanns).
Just Amazon is struggling again with external hardcover prints.
- I'm planning to speak about PaR at the next ESE (4.-8.Dec.2023 in Sindelfingen)
and the next re:WORK (3.-5.Dec.2023 in Berlin).
- We're planning the next Gathering in West Germany: a Friday afternoon Hängebrücke Geierlay and
Treis/Mosel (Weingut Knaup), a Saturday morning Burg Eltz. Wanna join in?
- The next PaR Monthly will be on a Saturday (15th Apr). Thats a good opportunity to give a
PaR Introduction to those who are interested in private personal skill enhancement.
- The page "PaRamount" now adopted "The Postcard" instead of the
whiteboard diagram. I also use it now as oversized business card ;-)
- "The Postcard" is available as Downloadable/Purchasable now.
It shows the essential idea of PaR: treating the how in the same way as the what.
It's my banner also, see "About me".
- Finally I renamed "Downloads" to "Downloadable" (because it doesn't show
downloads but provides the ability to download) and
"How to buy" to "Purchasable" (thanks Bernhard).
- My bookshelf holds some copies of The Book, The Booklet, and Das Heft
for sale (more than 10 each), see the photo on the page "Purchasable".
- The next PaR Monthly will be on We 15th Mar 4pm and I suggest to talk about
the planned exclusive real-life hands-on PaR workshop in September at Fraunhofer Institute in Germany.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Feb.2023
- On the last day of Feb I updated the page About me with a photo of my new office background,
some related text and a more comfy structure of the page - enjoy!
- The Book and The Booklet are now available directly from the store of epubli,
the printer. That's faster for you and makes a euro more profit for me. See page "Purchasable".
- I have updated the page FAQ, with more questions that I heard in the past weeks.
I also reformatted the page to give it some structure while it grows.
- For merchandising of The Education I prepared a tri fold flyer that is shown
as animated gif on the page now and provided as PDF draft.
When its done, then it will be printed.
- Now we started the new page The Education to prepare the first PaR workshop
and maybe also the first trainings and to talk about consulting and coaching.
- I'm totally excited because we are planning the first pure PaR workshop, together with
Martin and Bernhard at Fraunhofer IESE, click banner on top right of this page for booking.

| | Jan.2023
- "PaR - The Book" is now (31.Dec.2022) published with
ISBN-13 978-3-757503-89-5 and ISBN-10 3757503899, see page "Purchasable".
- It is already available from me directly via self-publishing from epubli.
Later in January it will be available from bookstores and Amazon (link already works)
- For sure the work on the book will continue, since not everything is fully done and I also
have lots of ideas and input left. But it is a complete and good first iteration ;-)
- 49 EUR may sound expensive, but on the one hand it is not a Harry Potter, and on the
other hand you may save 49.000 EUR applying it. Reading and doing it is the larger investment!

| | Dec.2022
- The next PaR Monthly will be on Su 15th Jan 4pm and I suggest to repeat talking about
team organization with PaR, for those who couldn't attend previously during job time.
- Thanks to those who helped in 2022, mainly Martin Becker from Fraunhofer IESE
and Bernhard Doleschel from ease solutions. I'm looking forward to an interesting 2023.
- I updated the "Gatherings" page with text and photos from more events.
- The next PaR Monthly will be on Th 15th Dec 4pm and I suggest to talk about
team organization for regulations, processes and projects with PaR.
- The German slides of the PaR presentation as part of Martins 5hr workshop at ESE
in Sindelfingen 09.Dec.2022 are now available at the page "The Presentations".
- The German video and slides of the PaR presentation at re:WORK in Berlin (a we.CONECT conference)
28.Nov.2022 are now available at the pages "The Videos" and "The Presentations".
- In "The Book" I shifted "UML", "SysML" and
"Tailoring" upfront to the "PaRis" (ch. 4), also to concentrate on
"Platform-Based Families" (ch. 6) after the "Principles" (ch. 5).
- At the event ESE Conference in Sindelfingen (Stuttgart, Germany)
I supported Martin from Fraunhofer IESE in a 5hr-workshop about efficient reuse, also for processes.
| |

|
| | Nov.2022
- The conference "re:work" in Berlin was just great: interesting discussions,
good contacts, nice people and back to real life.
- Upgrade: Instead of "Agile PEP" I will now speak at the parallel main conference
"re:work" on Mo 28th Nov 2:45pm-3:15pm. I'm looking forward to see you irl.
- Announcement: I will co-host Martin Becker from Fraunhofer IESE in a 5hr-workshop on the
ESE congress about increasing reuse efficiency. I'm looking forward to see you irl also here.
- The Nov PaR Monthly was about R4J in Jira and Bernhard Doleschel from Ease Solutions
invited their round table guests. I presented PaR and it was welcomed as good R4J example also.

|
| | Oct.2022
- It was a great small and nice PaR Gathering again. I now created a page to collect
memories from our
>gatherings<.
- Looking forward to meet you guys live in Andernach on 21/22 Oct
- Now that the 3 core tool booklets (Jira, Polarion, Jama) are done, I ordered them
in professional high quality print, 3 prints each. If you're interested in getting one - just let me know!
- We want to keep the topic for the next Monthly also: "PaR with R4J (Jira)",
because seeing PaR hands-on is clarifying a lot.
- 16th: Right after introducing the new tool booklet in the Monthly I did several improvements
and uploaded the update. Feel free to download and check - feedback welcome.
- 14th: Just in time before the next Monthly tomorrow I finished the
PaR - for Jira with R4J! It is available now for download, also from this welcome-page as
2nd favorite.
- The prints of The Book in matt as well as the fully glossy A4 print look awesome!
These will be my default configurations for all future prints as product or showcase!
- I ordered 3 prints of The Book in matt hardcover and matt pages, for Thomas, Martin and me.
For the first time I also ordered a fully glossy A4 print (kind of luxury edition).
- Now The Book has got headlines, showing the level 1 chapter number and book title,
while the footlines still show the URL and the page number.
- The imprint (page 1) got small formal changes, as well as the last page (the more-page,
now for tools R4J, Polarion and Jama).
- I improved the chapter for the big V. I think I have to shift the tailoring chapter
behind this one or before the platform stuff at all (to combine platform and big V).

|
| | Sep.2022
- The page "About us" needed some further improvement and shows some faces now,
to further detail the picture on the Welcome-page (which is now linked also).
- If you want a PDF of the draft of The Book (or an update of that PDF) just give me a hint
and I will deliver!
- Working on chapter 5.6 for tailoring PaRis; while Scrum Guide says that you have to
implement everything of the Guide to call it Scrum I'm much more agile with PaR.
- 353 impressions and 5 reactions on my LinkedIn posting for the Monthly.
That truly is a good improvement, for PaR itself and for our community - thanks to all!
- Focusing the core topic of the Sep. PaR Monthly on applying a development process
to create something that supports a business process - that's reuse and traceability.
- Since more than a year I'm applying PaR in a project to create a big data platform that
supports the German standard processes for critical infrastructural systems.
- It takes time to establish PaR in a company, as every paradigm shift does.
It is essential to understand the steps of change and the coaching approaches to introduce PaR.
- Working on chapter 4.6 of The Book:
"Making the process design becoming a part of the process".

|
| | Aug.2022
- Good news: I plan to publish the 1st edition of "The Book" in winter,
maybe already at the end of the year. It will not be fully done, but it's a good 1st iteration.
- Bad news: I was waitlisted for the ESE conference, but now I'm off completely, why ever.
Last year I got good feedback and this year I wanted to go beyond - but well, they don't want.
- By the way: I updated the page "About me" with text and photos.
- The core topic of the Aug. PaR Monthly was how to design a process that selects and
tailors further processes for a project, also with kind of process platform like product platforms.
- Further preparing the master thesis of Thomas with him and Martin from IESE in the
context of PaR, related to automotive functional safety and cyber security regulatory standards.

|
| | Jul.2022
- In the PaR Monthly we discussed how to introduce PaR in companies and how to help
managers to understand and support it.
- The next PaR Monthly community event will be on Friday 15th of July.
- I enjoyed the Scrum Alliance Agile Coaching Retreat in Sintra (Lisbon, Portugal) with
about 60 experts from Costa Rica, Brazil, USA, Australia and more - see Gatherings.
- Mainly with Lisa Dawson and Alexander Kylburg I worked out a coaching decision tree
for helping executives (managers, leaders) to understand and support agile approaches.
- This decision tree will become a standard Scrum Alliance tool and I will adopt it for
PaR to help executives to understand and support PaR in their company.
- Also, driving 3000 km to Lisbon and 3000 km back with my Tesla Model S and
also sleeping in that car with my Dreamcase was a real pleasure - and with A/C convenient as well.
| |

|
| | Jun.2022
- The next PaR Monthly community event will be on Wednesday 15th of June - feel free to
join because it is free ;-)
- Thanks to Martin I will present PaR on the event "Agile PEP 2022" on
28th of November 2022, focusing on becoming agile with processes.
- Looking forward to be in Sintra (Lisbon, Portugal) 24th-26th this month.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | May.2022
- The PaR Monthly community event was on a Sunday (15th) - therefore I only sent
short notice on LinkedIn on Friday afternoon.
- Well, 144 persons saw it, but nobody joined in.
But we also had nice weather and it was election day. Fair enough!
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Apr.2022
- I met Martin from Fraunhofer IESE personally in Schengen to prepare for ESE 2022 conference.
- We also prepared a master's thesis for someone - based on PaR.
- We skip the April Monthly community event, because the 15th is Easter Good Friday.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Mar.2022
- I will be at the Scrum Alliance Agile Coaching Retreat in Lisbon (Portugal) 24.-26.June.2022.
- Advertising the March Community Monthly session on LinkedIn and XING.
- The homepage now shows the next Monthly with the corresponding links.
- I further improved the page "About us" from the last Monthtly.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Feb.2022
- Based on the feedback from the invitations for the Monthly, I renamed
this page here from "Introduction" to "Welcome" and further simplified it.
- The presentation held at ESE is now available from the PaR YouTube Channel
(see page "The Videos").
It is a German studio pre-recording (not live from the conference).
- While establishing the Monthly PaR event I hear the question what the idea behind
the PaR Community is. Therefore, I have added this question to the FAQ page.
- The page "About us" is updated for the new monthly community session and
the invitation email is referencing it; if you want to join, then just let me know.
- The tool booklet "PaR - for Polarion" is now available for download from the
"Downloadable" page for free - thanks to Martin Becker and Max Schmitt from Fraunhofer IESE.
- The presentations held at ReConf (English only) and ESE (English and German) are
available for Download now - enjoy!
- "The Presentations" and "The Videos" are now separate pages which
makes sense because not every set of slides will be shown as video and not every video will show slides.
| |

|
| | Jan.2022
- We are planning a revival of the PaR community session, on a monthly base, every 15th,
with many interesting people in the style of a Lean Coffee session in Miro.
- The former weekly community session now is reduced to an inner circle of the few really
active people: Martin Becker, Bernhard Doleschel and me.
- Friendly reminder: If you want a current PDF of my draft of The Book, then just tell me!
- I got some reactions from the REConf, re:work and ESE conferences in fact.
Interesting people from interesting companies. Do the digital conferences still make sense after all?
- Another "PaRdemic" year - with PaR and the Corona Omikron pandemic, or with PaR becoming
pandemic ;-)
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Dec.2021
- Together with Martin Becker from Fraunhofer IESE I presented PaR at the ESE conference
(digital). Video and slides will make it to this website later, stay tuned.
- Digital conferences became somehow annoying: Weeks of preparation for 45 minutes
without knowing who's in the audience and without smalltalk after presenting :-(
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Nov.2021
- The automotive industry is really interesting these days with Tesla heading towards
great success in turning everything upside down - also safety, security and processes.
- Corona strikes back and I decided to shift live meetings and conferences as well as the
release of The Book well into next year. #StayHealthy
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Oct.2021
- "The Page" now has a variant with the QR in the top right corner and
Bernhard Doleschel from ease solutions distributed it as handout at the re:work conference - thanks
Bernhard!
- Together with Bernhard Doleschel I presented PaR with R4J in Jira at the REConf conference
with good feedback from the audience as well as the hosts.
- The data science customer project that I am currently working on gives me the
opportunity to show PaR in the wild, not just on slides or in demo environment.
- The Downloadable page now also provides a QR code for the long URL
(while "ProAsReq" also exists), and I now apply it also here and there.
- On the page "About me" I show my new office setup with the new
blue iMac 24″, containing everything for a clean desk - even the flower gets back onto the desk.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Sep.2021
- Visiting Martin Becker at the Fraunhofer IESE in Kaiserslautern for discussions
at the whiteboard that we missed so much during the pandemic.
- Great white wine discussions about PaR, SaR (Systems as Requirements),
RaR (Regulations as Requirements) and their commonality CaR (Complexity as Requirements).
- My recent projects showed how more traceability can help and that a tailored PaRis
version is well suitable for software development that directly supports business processes inhouse.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Aug.2021
- PaR shall not fully replace the graphical process landscape design, but rather support
it when it gets into the actual daily project work and into the tailoring and variation.
- It is still difficult for most teams to decide when to go on with the defined
requirements. Therefore, in The Book I now defined the REGERE more precisely.
- After a while now working not on PaR itself but rather with and without PaR
in several projects, I realize how much easier and more consistent it is with PaR.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Jul.2021
- Visiting friends from the PaR community personally: Bernhard in Munich, Sylwia in Regensburg,
Jürgen in Fulda, having good discussions and a good time.
- Sleeping in my Tesla with the
>Dreamcase<
and air condition feels much more comfortable
than it was in a tent in my younger days - good pandemic traveling style also ;-)
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | May.2021
- Together with Martin Becker from Fraunhofer IESE I prepare the ESE conference
to present PaR.
- Again I swapped and renamed sub-chapters in The Book to adapt more ideas from the
backlog, e.g. from my >10yrs idea SADITÜP (some of you may know).
- One year ago Barack Obama held a speech to students, saying
"First, don't be afraid. ... Second, do what you think is right. ...
Finally, build a community. No one does big things by themselves."
And this is my favourite citing of the year and I took it on the official intro
page of The Booklet and The Book.
This also means that I'm working on PaR, The Booklet and The Book since much more than a year - and
I'm still not done and have many ideas to further describe and improve it.
- I recently reworked chapter 4.3 asking "When are requirements good (enough)?"
(REGERE), the text description as well as the formula and the example list.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Apr.2021
- I shifted the chapter "Complicate, complex, chaotic" upfront to become
the first of the "Principles".
- I reworked the sub-chapter for "Cascading what and how" completely,
also with a new diagram - again.
- The hardcover print of the book really feels good :-) Made me read it again to
further improve readability and consistency.
- The updates here on the website get less, but the work in the background gets
more and more.
- I joined several conferences and discussions to align with many interesting people.
I also read some interesting books and get connected with the authors.
- Many more ideas in my backlog!
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Mar.2021
- Chapter 8.4 of The Book now has an introduction sub-chapter that
separates the basic required tool features from the advanced ones.
- A book index is really tough! :-(
- First test print of The Book as hard cover because it just exceeded 150 pages.
- More and more often I realize how many companies, consultants and
tool makers discuss how processes shall be distributed.
- On a conference last week the keynote was discussing the paradigms for transformation,
e.g. from push to pull. Well, ...
- Working on the book chapter about the art of process design.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Feb.2021
- The booklet "PaR - for Polarion" is almost done - thanks Max for
doing a great job here - just legal decisions are waiting.
- Next we will focus on "PaR - for Jira" with Bernhard from Ease Solutions.
- A discussion was going on in the last weeks about joining conferences
again, also when this Corona thing is done.
- We further discussed in the community about the UML/SysML representation/implementation
of the PaRis.
- The chapter "UML in PaRis" in The Book is now filled to
explain the even more detailed PaRis by UML elements and relations.
- I did some fine-tuning on the "PaR - for Jama", based on the
experience with the "PaR - for Polarion".
- The chapter 9.3 of The Book now describes in detail the requested
product features, also with screenshots from various tools.
- Max Schmitt from Fraunhofer IESE did a very good job on the exemplary PaR
implementation for Polarion.
- Together with Martin Becker from Fraunhofer IESE I'm starting to work out
typical PaR scenarios in process design and projects to show how to handle them practically.
- I started to create an exemplary simple business process to show why PaR is
not really made for that but rather for complex projects.
| |

|
| | Jan.2021
- I added an "inside front cover" and a preface page to "The Book".
- I finished the storyboard for the opening and closing video clips.
See the new screenshot of The Brain example extract on the page The Videos.
- Out of hundreds of music titles from several platforms I found a nice title
and the founder and owner of www.evermusic.de made a friendly GEMA-free commercial license offer.
- My DJI OSMO Mobile Prime Combo was delivered yesterday and now I'm waiting for my new iPhone 12
Pro to take the first clips in Dolby Vision with the awesome 52mm Tele.
- I prepared my PaR YouTube channel for the upcoming video sessions with a banner that is
suitable for all media types.
See the page "The Videos".
- I created "The Brain" for PaR.
This helps me planning and managing the next big steps, also together with the community members.
See a screenshot at the bottom of the page "About me".
- Bernhard Doleschel from Ease Solutions gave a PaR Community introduction to
the tool Jira with their plug-in R4J (Requirements for Jira).
Thanks for the good session Bernhard!
- Ok, my manual HTML4 formatting of the website is pretty old-school, but that's what I can do.
Now I redesigned a bit and added a ruler for optimal width - isn't that cool? :-)
- The Booklet is now listed by Amazon, see the new link on the page "Purchasable" - but
of course we all should prefer epubli who prints and ships it anyway.
- I spent the last couple of days also on a new sub-chapter in The Book on writing requirements,
good requirements, good enough.
- From 2010 to 2014 I had given trainings on requirements engineering and management for
>DEUTSCHE KONGRESS<.
For later PaR trainings I will come back to them.
- The Book Teaser made it onto this homepage also, and now it shows the word "Teaser"
also on the thumbnail image everywhere.
- The last change in The Booklet before publishing was on the relations wording again and very
few other words.
- Happy New Year - I am starting 2021 with publishing The Booklet as ISBN 978-3-753141-74-9,
see the page "Purchasable" and the link to epubli there.

| | Dec.2020
- Somehow 2020 for me was a good year as well as a bad year, due to PaR and Corona.
And I have a feeling that 2021 will get even better as well as worse - #StayAtHome.
The Booklet is ready for publishing and continuos improvement, and The Book now got
more than 100 pages, a good structure and many interesting aspects.
- I now created a 16-page teaser of "The Book" that is available from the Downloadable
page and the how-to-buy page.
- "The Book" got 5 photos from my traveling to make it more personal and more attractive.
- "The Book" got 5 PaRts now, bringing more structure into the content.
- I now also updated the German edition of "The Booklet" ("Das Heft"),
aligning it with the English addition again.
- I improved the "PaRadigm shift" in "The Book", but here the content
of the corresponding chapter of "The Booklet" is a sub-chapter only.
- I started to explain at least a bit the magic V cycle for uniting for a truly holistic approach
- I added Bernhard to the impressums of the documents because he is getting more and more into the
feedback loops and co-work.
- I worked with Bernhard Doleschel from ease solutions on the exemplary Jira with R4J
implementation, and we already started the booklet "PaR - for Jira with R4J".
- The Booklet pages 7-9 are reworked regarding the relations after the UML definition in The Book.
- The 5 keywords are now highlighted on the pages 7-9, again in blue bold italic style,
repeating from the one-pager, the table of contents and the challenges.
- Thanks to the good discussion with Andrea in a community session I reworked the content of the
"PaRadigm shift" page in The Booklet.
- The chapter "Uniting for a truly holistic approach" now shows a supersize
V-Model for the first time.
Martin wants to address this topic at universities also.
- I changed the comments on the diagrams for REG and COP to make it more consistent.
- I took the opportunity to change all arrows of the overview PaRis diagrams to 3px thickness
and large style arrow ends.
| |
| ↑ |
|
| | Nov.2020
- Most document titles now got the addition "methodical framework".
- In all documents the short versions of the 5 challenges now have the key word
upfront, also in an italic shape.
- I use the term "approach" now only for
"agile approaches" or "platform approaches".
- I added a chapter "Dark side of PaR", where I explain what typically can go
wrong with PaR also.
- I checked all PaR web pages and adapted as needed (mainly the PaRade and a new question
for this in the FAQ).
- From the German translation I figured out that "legal" should better be replaced

a nice diagram.

diagram elements to German.
- Now also the English video and slides of the PaR introduction at the re:WORK conference are online.
- The PPTX of both English and German decks are available in MS Teams for the community now.
